I ordered this headset with the USB Bluetooth adaptor because I thought it would be more convenient than ordering two seperate products. The USB Bluetooth adaptor insists that one installs this horrible BlueSoleil software. I fail to see the point of the application. It prevents the headset from being used as a telephone headset and a stereo headset at the same time. In my past experience, headphones would do both.
Remedy (Win 7 anyway):
Install the BlueSoleil software
Plug in the USB Bluetooth adaptor
Connect your headset
Stand back and wonder just how somebody could think BlueSoleil is actually a useful application
Marvel at the offer to upgrade this software for 20 Euros
Shut off the headphones
Remove the USB adaptor
Uninstall the BlueSoleil software
Reboot
Plug the adaptor in again - the drivers for the adaptor are still on your system. Windows 7 will use them
There might be a quicker way than this by finding the drivers on the CD but this worked for me.
As for the headphones, they seem a little flimsy but the sound is great. They are comfortable to wear and the microphone performance is excellent too. I recommend the headphones but you may consider buying the version without the Bluetooth USB adaptor and purchase that separately.
