I have long requested a headset for my desk at work and finally talked them into it. I love this headset. Of course, being the first I have ever used, I really don't have anything to compare it to but I have no complaints. However, if I had to come up with one negative, it would be that I can't place a call on hold using the headset. Other than that, I love it!! It is extremely light weight and comfortable on my ear, and the sound quality and range are great. I wish I could have talked them into this years ago.
