You can trust my review, bad or good is your choice and i hope you can try to buy this product and then you know this product good or no. Next time you can make a review for another people.

I should first note that I am generally sold on the idea of BlueTooth headphones. If I can sum up the for and against arguments briefly I guess it goes like this

Reasons For:
-No wires!
-Remotely control your device's media transport.
-Flashing blue lights on your head, feel like a character from Tron.
-OMG you guys, no wires!

Reasons Against:
-Sound quality is not as good as a direct wired connection because A2DP isn't totally perfect
-Another thing you have to recharge
-Costs more than wired headphones
-Flashing blue lights on your head? What is this, Tron???

I have been using BlueTooth headphones with smartphones & tablets for about 4 years now, and I didn't realize how much I appreciate them until I lost my first pair. The devices you're gonna be using with BT headphones are "portable" things that fit in a pocket. Generally, this means if you've got headphones plugged in, you've gotta manage the wiring, plus you have a non-flexible plug sticking out of your device and potentially jabbing you in the leg. This isn't too bad, unless you take out and put away your device somewhat regularly during use. Then, its like "FUUUUU!" At least, that is my experience. Honestly, I feel kinda bad ass sitting there listening to my music with no wires at all, occasionally hitting a button on my headphones to pause or skip tracks. Is it silly? Yes. Is it rational? Not really. Are wires annoying? Yes. Is it all worth it? Depends on who you talk to. Honestly, I'll never go back to wired headphones except in the context of audio production, where they're pretty much a must.

The cost is a non-issue to me, as a geek with a serious gadget addiction.
I also feel that the whole "audio quality isn't as good" thing is really a non-issue for most normal users.
First and foremost, I wear my BlueTooth headphones on my daily commutes, which are generally either me walking through traffic or me on some form of mass transit. Neither are "ideal" listening conditions where you're really thinking "Golly, there's about .3 dB too much emphasis in the 5K range, this audio reproduction is really sub-par!" That's just not a thing that happens. The audio quality of these headphones has honestly completely exceeded my expectations.

I got the Luxa2's as a replacement for my Motorola S305s, which I lost. Yes, the Moto's are MUCH cheaper. However, I wear some of those big thick rimmed proto-hipster glasses, and the earpieces on the Moto S305s have never really been comfortable, despite their behind the ear design. The sound quality and battery life always left room for improvement.

So far the BT-X3's have been pretty great. They're surprisingly compact, ending up being only about 1" thick and maybe 2" long at the widest part of the earpieces. Despite their small size, they fit surprisingly well over my ears, and provide good isolation from external sound. I am a fairly big guy (6'3") so naturally I have kind of a big head. These headphones only suffer from a mild "head pinching" type effect, and I expect this to get better after they get a bit stretched out / broken in. They're expandable to fit heads even bigger than mine, so overall the only time I can image fit being an issue with these is if you've got an unusually large head.

So far, everything about them has worked exactly as expected. Pairing, charging, and AVCR transport controls have all been spot on. I haven't tested the on-board microphone, as the Bluetooth "headset" profile just isn't ever gonna give you great audio quality, plus I carry a tablet, not a smartphone.
Sound quality is actually right where you'd expect it to be for the price and type of fit. They're very pleasant to listen to music on, with a surprising (and pleasing) amount of bass. I haven't maxed out the volume, and so far, thanks to the good deal of isolation, I haven't needed to crank them up, even when hearing the most mild mannered speaker on an NPR podcast. This is contrasted with the Motorola S305s, where I would have them turned up all the way, plus my tablet cranked up all the way, and then start applying a flat boost via EQ just to hear podcasts over the train noise.
I should also note that, due to the slight head squeeze effect, the positioning & design of the headband, the shape of the ear pieces, and the nice dual-hinged mount of each piece, these phones have stayed very nicely in place when walking around. As a guy who routinely walks 12+ miles per week, this is a must.

So far, I have been very satisfied with these headphones, which is surprising given their origins.

"Themaltake? Don't they make computer chassis and fans and stuff? WTF?!?"

My only complaint is a somewhat mild one: the charging cable uses a proprietary small cylindrical hookup as opposed to some sort of standard USB hookup. The downswing on this is that if you somehow lose or break the cable, you'll need to DIY a solution or try to buy to replacement cable. The up side is that the charge port blends right in with the rest of the industrial design of the unit, and I am honestly surprised at the difference this makes to me in terms of visually appreciating these phones. Overall, the build quality isn't quite on par with my $300 AKG studio headphones, but the BT-X3s have a classy feel. The earpiece exteriors are covered in a rubberized plastic finish which is very nice to touch, and the ear-facing sides are covered in the same sort of "leather padding and cloth" finish you see on most high-end headphones. The fact that you can rotate the earpieces flat makes them that much more portable.

Overall, I am honestly really satisfied with them, plus Amazon delivered them a day earlier than expected :)
